Treat this hair as your own hair. It is essential to use high quality shampoo and conditioners are crucial to keep the hair soft and manageable. So we recommend using leave in conditioners. While your can use products like gel and hair spray to style the hair . Ensure not to leave them in for extended periods of time.  We recommend using Pantene Proc for regular use and Olive oil hai polisher treatment . Combing can lead to tangling and shedding . To maintain tangle free hair wash at least twice week. The hair lifespan is 3-5 years when properly taken care of.

Typically 3-4 bundles are sufficient for a full head . If you desire a length of 20 inches or more we recommend 4 bundles.
Alternatively you can achieve a full head look with a closure or frontal with fewer bundles.

Yes the hair can be colored. Generally it’s easier to darken the hair than it is to lighten. For optimal results. We recommend having your hair dresser dye the extensions as they can achieve the desired shade more effectively. If you choose to color the hair yourself. Please conduct a small sample test . Or we at Hair Heaven can dye it for you . The process normally takes around 10-14 days.

It is normal to experience a few strands of initial shedding with new hair. We advise customers to seal the weft before installation and brush it with a wide comb. Excessive shedding can occur during to weft cutting or dryness. To minimize shedding . Always seal the ends when cutting the weft for insulation and keep the hair moisturized. . Tangle genarally our cuticle intact hair do not tangle easily. However factors like dryness , oil and dirt buildup and exposure to salt water can lead to tangling and shedding.

Hair is typically shipped within 24 hours. Incase the items are not in stock . We will  promptly inform you about the status.

Due to hygiene nature and high demand of our products all sales are final and no refunds.

Customers are advised to complete all return request within 7 days of receipt of your order to qualify for a store credit . Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The prosecutor must be sent back in the original packaging condition resell condition as it was when shipped from us. Meaning it cannot be combed , washed, brushed , cut , worn, colored or altered in any way. Original ties must still be intact as it was when shipped and received by the customer.
